Student “Referendum”:

Have you ever felt that the quality, availability, or cost of housing has been an obstacle for you?
Have you experienced that the courses you study do not always provide real, job-market-relevant knowledge?
Do you feel that the level of financial support available for your living expenses is insufficient?

For the first time on a national level, you now have the opportunity as a student to directly express your opinion and take part in shaping the future of higher education in Hungary. Based on the problems and suggestions raised in student forums and smaller surveys, the first student “referendum” has been created. Here you can decide which areas of higher education you find problematic — whether it’s housing, the functioning of academic systems, the quality of education, financial support for living, or employability. You can also vote on which issues are the most urgent, that is, where change is needed the most.

Following the vote, a detailed professional analysis and a comprehensive package of recommendations will be prepared on the most serious problems identified by students, and this will be presented to decision-makers. This way, student voices will not only be heard, but will also provide a real foundation for measures shaping the future of higher education.
